Add one tablet (4g) to 200ml of water and let it dissolve. Once prepared consume within 24hrs.

Add one Hydration Electrolyte tablet to 200ml of water. Max 4 tablets per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
